Website Terms of Use

About these Terms

Cerberus IT Solutions, LLC ("Cerberus," "we," "us," or "our") provides these Website Terms of Use for use of its public website only.

Cerberus managed IT, cybersecurity, support, cloud, backup, networking, phone, and other professional services may be subject to separate written agreements, including a master services agreement (MSA), statement of work (SOW), proposal, order, or other written contract. Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement governs the purchased services.

These Website Terms do not replace, amend, supersede, or weaken any applicable client agreement or its protections. Website use and website descriptions do not add service commitments, warranties, remedies, or liabilities to those agreements.

Website content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Services, features, capabilities, products, technologies, and website content may change over time and may not be available to every client. Changes to website content do not amend an existing client agreement.

No professional advice

General information on this website is not legal, regulatory, insurance, or financial advice and is not a compliance certification.

Service descriptions

Descriptions of managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud, backup and recovery, networks, business phones, and other services are general summaries. Actual scope, pricing, responsibilities, exclusions, service levels, and deliverables are determined by the applicable written agreement.

Website descriptions do not create pricing commitments, support-response guarantees, or service-level obligations.

Cybersecurity and technology limitations

No technology or security measure eliminates all risk. Cyber threats and technology conditions change. No website statement should be interpreted as a guarantee of prevention, detection, uptime, availability, recovery, or data preservation. These statements concern website information and do not modify an applicable written service agreement.

Third-party products and services

Cerberus may work with or reference third-party technologies, platforms, products, websites, or services. They may be subject to their own terms and policies. A website reference does not create a Cerberus warranty regarding a third-party product or service.

Website availability

Cerberus may modify, suspend, or discontinue public website content or functionality. The website is not promised to be continuously or uninterruptedly available. This section concerns the public website only and does not change obligations under a separate written service agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the public website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, conduct automated abuse, or attempt to compromise the website or connected systems.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Rights belong to Cerberus or the respective rights holders, as applicable. Website access does not grant permission to use protected materials beyond what applicable law or the relevant rights holder permits. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

External links

Third-party links may be provided for convenience. Cerberus does not control third-party websites. Review their terms and policies when using them.

Website information and warranties

The public website and its informational content are not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, current, or continuously available. This statement is limited to the website and its content; it does not add, remove, or modify warranties or obligations under an applicable written client agreement.

Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for information about website inquiries, website technologies, and privacy questions.

Changes to these Terms

These Website Terms may be revised from time to time. Changes to these Website Terms do not amend separate client agreements.
